Las cebollas están casi a punto, los calabacines y los pepinos ya se pueden comer. Las lechugas saben a “gloria”, en fin, que es un placer como van marchando las cosas.
Hemos tenido algún problema con las patatas. El tiempo no ha sido muy bueno. Demasiadas nieblas y lluvias. El mildium las ha atacado y están un poco “pachuchas”. No obstante esperamos poder comerlas. Quizás no demasiado grandes…pero seguro que podremos cocinar ricas tortillas de patatas.
Los tomates todavía están verdes pero tienen un aspecto fundamental.
Compartimos algunas fotografías y seguimos para adelante.

Just today four people were in our vegetable garden: Fran, Paula David and me. Today has been a very productive day. We really needed to clean the garden. We think this afternoon we made a good job.
Most of the vegetable are preparede for taste: onions, courgettes, cocumbers, letuces, peas… Some of them must wait yet: tomatoes and peppers, but we are very happy seeing how the vegetable grown very fast and healthy.
We had some problems with potatoes. As we did not use qhemical products, our potatoes were attacked for a fungi called “Mildium”, so they are not very good. Anyway we hope collect potatoes enough to cook very good Spanish omelette, but we still shoud wait till August. We will let you know.
We want share some pictures of our activity today.

Buenas agricultores de LOLA!! la verdad es que ayer tuvimos un buen día de trabajo, estuvimos limpiando todas las malas hierbas que crecían alrededor de los cultivos, un trabajo arduo, pero que se lleva a cabo gustosamente en la mejor compañía.
Además de quitar las hierbas, estuvimos plantando unas lechugas, creo que unas 20 aproximadamente, y Fernando aprovechó para colocar unas guías (cuerdas) a los guisantes, ya que es un tipo de planta que tiende a tumbarse, y de este modo facilitamos su crecimiento vertical.
Un saludo, y en unos días nos vemos de nuevo trabajando, y sobre todo disfrutando
